I’m glad to hear that you’re enjoying the podcasts. Thanks for the nice comments. The podcasts are huge files as you know, and so they do take a while to download. It is highly suggested that you only try to download or stream the podcasts if you have a high-speed internet connection. It sounds like you’re streaming the podcast and so one of the things I do is to click the pause/play button and let it buffer for about 5 minutes before trying to watch it. This gives the stream a chance to get ahead of itself a little.

My suggestion is that you download itunes for free and let it pull podcasts for you. You don’t need an ipod to use the application and it will just pull them when they are available like at night… Then you play them from your hard drive instead of trying to stream them off the server on the other end of your internet connection.
